Lauren Della Monica Fay is the principal of LDF Marketing Consulting LLC.  She has been providing integrated marketing and strategic business development support to law firms since 1996.  Lauren has extensive experience creating and implementing marketing, business development, public relations and client relations programs to support the business goals of law firms.

Prior to forming a consulting practice in 2006, Lauren spent ten years working in-house at two law firms in Connecticut.  In 1996, she joined the Stamford-based law firm of Cummings & Lockwood LLC as communications director and was elevated to marketing director in 1998, a position she held until 2003.  From 2003-2006, Lauren served as marketing director at the Bridgeport-based law firm of Cohen and Wolf, P.C.  In her capacity as marketing director, she managed the marketing operations and budgets of these two firms and worked closely with senior management to create and execute strategic marketing and business development programs to broaden and deepen client relationships and generate new business opportunities.

Before her start with law firms, Lauren worked in the corporate world for five years in marketing roles.  Four of those years were spent at Greenwich-based Lamont Digital Systems, Inc., a telecommunications company.  Lauren is a graduate of The American University in Washington, D.C., where she received a B.A. in 1991.
